It all depends on what you want to do. I am a personal trainer and would suggest you eat high levels of lean protein (maybe even a whey protein shake a day), fish, chicken and stay away from starchy foods, fats and all bread products. Also eat 6 small meals a day rather then 3, try to get as much B-6, B-12, and C vitamins, they help boast your metabolism. Good luck and try to stay active...

Well you cannot flip fats into muscle it doesn't matter what you do. Unless you're a rattling well magician it is simply no longer going to occur. But, should you wish to construct muscle along side burning fats you will have to begin off with getting rid of any fatty meals corresponding to fried ones for starters, then you definately will have to broaden your protein consumption and do tons of aerobic. Lift heavy weight with slash reps to construct mass, raise lighter weight with many reps to burn fats. Just combine it up now and again, be strict approximately your nutrition and events and you'll gain your target. Self dicipline may be very foremost. You MUST awareness at the challenge handy and no longer be distracted via something else or you will not get anyplace.

Fat does not turn into muscle, but you shoulod target your exercise to lose weight rather than gain muscle. Gaining muscle will just push the fat to the surface, and so you might look bigger. If the treadmill is causing too much muscle gain, try swimming - it is more aerobic. Better still, do aerobics. They have Body Attack classess - doing boxing etc (but don't do the Body Pump classes because it builds more muscle)

fat doesn't "tunr into" muscle, you burn the fat with muscle, the more muscle you have, the more fat you can burn, muscle ways more than fat. There are exercises you can do that don't build muscle but still burn fat, usually it involves using less weight and doing more repetitions if you're lifting weights. Cardio is an essential part in burning fat, a 70 - 30 mix of cardio and weights is what I would recomend if you have a lot of weight to lose. Good luck

FAT DOES NOT TURN TO MUSCLE! You can lose fat and increase muscle density. THESE ARE TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT TISSUES. By increasing your muscle mass you can help to burn fat. To burn fat, you need to exercise aerobically.
