ive seen more girls rush to say it then guys. i dont know if thats just who i hang out with or what but if a girl says it shes intrested in you, if she says it and u(guy) think its way to soon shes clingy and just wants someone to be with her...
if a guy rushes it the relationship prob wont last...if he waits awhile then says it he really like u(girl)
if u both say it without realizing it at first then i hope you have a hapy life togethor

It does not matter.
It is just the feeling who expresses it.
The other might be shy come out openly.
Saying I love you even 100 times a day will not help if you dont mean it. You have to mean what you say.
But girls do expect it should be the guy who should propose. Atleast that is the case when it comes to wedding.

Each relationship is different, and therefore it can change for who is the first to say those words. Decades ago, it was considered improper for the girl to declare her love first, but now there aren't those social constrictions. The person to say it will likely be the person who has determined those feelings in themself, and it can be at any point in the relationship. Also, just because one person says it doesn't mean the other has to return the sentiment right then. If one person still needs time, the other needs to be considerate of the person they care about and not push for the feelings to be returned.

It doesn't matter. Relationships don't really have rules. A person should only say I love you if he or she means it. They shouldn't expect an answer either. Each person has their own comfort levels and may not be on the same page with his or her feelings. Good luck!

no it does not matter and the one that cant hold it any longer. For girl its better if the guy says it. ans for use is better if they say it, unless u take out to dinner and buy her flowers and at the end of the date u let her know Ur feelings.

first of all i want to say that I have not any girlfriend so my answer may not be supported by experience.
but i think who tells first it doesnt matter. even no one tells, the both girlfriend & her boyrfriend will themselve let know in their hearts that they love each other.
