How do the body really react when one is experiencing true love, and what part of the body will react most, any other attachment to the human phisiology?

I don't know if there is an imperical answer, but when I realised I loved someone recently, and for the first time in a very long time, it felt as though the was a vise around my heart giving it a squeeze.
