Hey, well that's kind of a nonsensical question but I presume you mean how do you make it LOOK like a drawing? I think the universal answer to that is going to be Adobe Photoshop. There are other PC/Mac programs out there for photo-manipulation (with this one you can do all sorts of crazy things to a picture as well as make it look like a drawing), but there's a reason why this one is the "Hoover" or "Tannoy" of photo-manipluation programs! You can regularly hear people say "I photoshopped it", which has become a stock statement referring to any type of digital photo-manipulation, that's how popular it is.

1) Adobe Photoshop
- You have quite a number of options here with the paint brush and water color in which you can modify the originals to the drawings that you like. Use the Filter Option

2) Macromedia Flash
- This is much more on animation base drawing, or cartoon... Try the vector colouring and the trace bitmap function.

Sketchmaster is a free prog that with practice (never remember s or c) is quite good. The Edgefinder plug-in for Photoshop and other similar progs is also good but will need adjustment of outline by lightening it after the transformation.
