I'm fat but i LOVE CANDY. I eat candy like 3 times a day and i can't stop eating them i'm 235 how can i loose weight and stop eating candy.

You need to learn to eat more fruit and dried fruit like dried figs and raisins. See this site for more info and helps you lose weight even with a lot of candy. Candy is fake fruit.

You're not fat from eating candy. Candy is actually not relatively high in calories. You need to see a nutritionist and really examine what you're eating and where most of your calories are coming from. If you really love pizza and cheeseburgers too, that is a more likely culprit.

The other question you are asking is "how can I stop doing something I love doing." The answer is you probably will never really stop. You have to make compromises. It's all about moderation. And losing weight really is a mathematical game. You have to know exactly how many calories you ate and how many you burned. This is a hotly debated topic today, but I think you will find most doctors and diet/exercise experts will agree with me on that one.

Find a sport that you like. I would say work out regularly but no one works out unless they're doing something they love. I wouldn't worry about the candy unless you have bad teeth. I probably eat more candy than you but I manage to stay in shape playing basketball. 235 isn't that bad unless yur really short. I weigh 205 but manage to stay in shape because im 6'4.

Start eating fruit. Fruit sugar (fructose) makes your blood sugar levels rise and fall slowly and moderately. The kind of sugar you find in candy makes your blood sugar spike up suddenly and drop suddenly, so you feel hungry shortly after you eat it. Fruit is low in calories and much better nutrition-wise than candy. You don't have to completely deprive yourself of candy; a piece now and again won't kill you.

You can look into some behavior modification therapy. There are counselors that specialize in helping people break food habits. Most likely there is a psychological cause to your eating candy to point that you feel you cannot stop. It would probably be helpful to look into that.

You can eat as many candy u like. But as far as your food is concerned, you have to go for healthy food. It is possible to lose weight while eating.

go and see a doctor who will guide you on how to lose weight safely and properly. You have to be very very very committed if you really want to lose weight. I have gone through this and it will be difficult at first but if you have determination you will be successful.
