fujiflim F11 or the newer F30 is the best. ISO 1600/3200 respectively you can't miss a shot.

fuji f10 or f30 for lowlight
canon sd700 has image stabilizer and is small
olympus 720sw is water resistant and safe to drop up to 5ft
