The first spoken human language was about 100,000 years ago in Africa. This language split apart into different dialects and eventually different languages. Over time these languages themselves split apart until we have all of the modern languages of today's world. In a sense, we ALL still speak the original language.

I believe the first langauge well i wouldn't say spoken because people lived in different prts of the world and the speak sort of different as in the asian , afircan and caucasian sides.

The first language to be indentified would be the BODY LANGUAGE.

Sumerian is the first known written language, obviously that doesn't answer the question, but it should be obvious that it's impossible to find a 'first' language as far as linguistics in concerned. You can find roots and derivations, but nothing conclusive.
