Link things in a list. Say a boy, a boot, a car and apples.
Link them by making a story : a barefooted boy was walking along he saw an old boot so he put it on. It didn't really fit so he kicked the nearest thing, a car, which was parked under an apple tree, knocking a few of the delicious fruit he sat down and ate the apples. See by making a story that makes sence to you all you need to remember is the story and you have the list
