DMV... Take some cash with you. That info is not free...

Or, find someone that works in/for the government. They can get any info you need.

Just take the plate to the DMV.. more than likely whoever lost it had it replaced. Happens more than u know.

Besides its against the law to give out information to a complete stranger if the tag is in someone elses name.

You cant get someones personal information off of there license plate number. And if you can your breaking the law.

You can not get this info through legit channels . Whether paying or free. Unless you have amnesia, and are trying to find your own name and address.

If you somehow found a crooked cop or DMV worker, then it might be possible. But I don't think that will happen.
