Look at the bottom of the screen when they show you the before and after shots.. It usually says Results will vary in small writing, sometimes more
They can't guarantee anything, especially if they say results will vary!

No!!! There are just marketing ploys to take your money. The all natural products have little to no government involvement so you could be eating sawdust (Dr. Phil's products) for all you know. (This comes from a natural foods manager) The best thing to do is to find a reputable natural foods dealer who sell certified strength products so you know exactly what you are swallowing.

No. There is no way you can trim fat without exercising or eating right. If that's the case, everyone would be skinny by drinking diet drinks or taking "fat burning pills" while sitting on the couch watching tv.

nope- not one. they are no different thatn the 15, 30, or 60 second ads trying to sell you something, anything, and make a few bucks. in fact, it really irks me that so many channels at night only play those stupid info. for hours.

No, I don't. In small print, they usually say "Diet works best when combined with healthy diet and excersise." So, I doubt it's possible to be lazy and lose weight. =P

If all those products on TV worked so well, the price would be so expensive noone would be able to afford to buy them.

Absolutely not. How our body look is the result of what we eat and the amount of exercise done. No pain, no gain.
