Your weight is fine and suited to your height. You shouldn't diet while your body is still growing. That doesn't mean however that you can't include more fruits and vegetables into your diet.
You can also take up things like swimming or power walking which are easy on the joints but help build strong bones.
Don't stress over your weight because it's REALLY not worth it-- particularly when you are IN a normal weight range.

At 13 year old, I swear to god, you should not be worrying about how much you weigh. And if you are a friend/sibling/parent of the 13 year old, why are you asking this question? Let the kid be a kid, for crying out loud.

I think yes, but I am used to with kilos and meters, mesurement...I may be wrong....Iam taking by my own example:
