Start With:
2 Large plastic freezer storage bags
In one storage bag fill with:
1pt milk
1pt heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar (if you use the sweet cream you skip this)
1 tablespoon vanilla

heres the fun part

in the other bag fill it with ice cubes

seal it and sat it inside the first bag then seal top of the first bag

Now hold and shake the bags trying mostly to agitate the ice

This will thicken the cream in the second

With scissors clip a bottom corner of the bag and squeeze the ice cream out . Add fruit and/or nuts if desired Enjoy!!!

Okay just for the curious this is how it works

Agitating the ice causes the cold molecules to be released thus freezing cream

Most of the cook books have a recipe for ice cream or check on the Internet

Well, buy an ice cream maker, and there should be a recipe book included. If not, you could always search one up on yahoo or something.

Don't bother.

If you live in the UK go to Lidl, their vanilla ice cream is second to none, in fact it is better than all the premium brands and costs £2.99 for 2.5 litres and only £1.99 on special offers.

It is really good with small spots of real vanilla and has no artificial ingredients.

Real Class.

well you can either use a "kick can" which you can search for, or you can use a machine..like the ones they sell at walmart...I have never actually "made" ice cream but my ex-fiancee's family used to all the time!!
