Wow I know cheffing has been a hand full first of all you're dealing with a staff about 40 - 50 or more so i have to make them happy so then they can make the customer happy.then I deal with the back of the house making sure all thing are ready to go for a bizzy night witch could be 400-to 600 to800 people hopefully there happy did i talk about the heat in the kitchen some time it's around 120 be hind the line o did any Buddy ask the chef or the cook are you thirsty? please please please can some one pick up that food so it don't get cold a sever replies let me bring this cold drink out first i could talk and talk and talk . What about will you please don't put glass on the line if it breaks it could destroy all the sauces what happens? you Guss o that's in the middle of a rush hour. I know each job has it's own corks o thanks for a good sous chef with out them it would be hell

That's a hard question. Three reign: used-car salesmen, lawyers, and politicians. How shall we decide? I'd say lawyers because there are more jokes about them than about the other two.

By the way, do you know the difference between a dead deer and a dead lawyer in the middle of a road?
