I'm going to pursue a masters degree in education, I'd really like to teach at a community college. Is it very competative? Or is it something that is realistic?

I considered it at one time for evening or part time (have a masters in business), but when I found out how little they pay, I nixed the idea.

There's competition everywhere. A master's degree may give you an edge in a high or middle school, but you'd be better off with or going for a Ph.D. even at the community college level.
