We're all psychics, including you - believe it or not. You can find a few books on how to tap into psychic energies in the New Age section in bookstores.
I can't tell whether or not you'll get the house, but try to think positively and visualize yourself getting that house and living happily inside of it. That should help you get it.

Everyone I've told this to thinks I made it up - I did once see a sign outside a hall which was supposed to have a psychic fayre. It said cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.

psychics are full of crap that draw in suckers for money and fame not anything but guessing game for people who have sucker on there forehead most fortune tellers and pyschics go broke within a year of opeing there bussiness or reading house predict that wont you?

yes but not without a bit more haggling. visualise yourself and your partner as already having the home, this will aid the process. hope this is of help, love and best wishes Jane xxx
One more thing:- if you keep saying "want" that is exactly what the universe will give you, the feeling of "wanting" the home you desire. "Know" that this home will be yours. Very Powerful, as "knowing" is the most powerful thought.
