Do you drink a lot of milk or eat milk products like yogurt or ice cream?
It is a common cause of bad breath. Do you get drainage from your nose into your throat or even little hard stinky pebble like "tonsil balls" that come out from the back of your throat?
It could be other food allergies as well but I would bet on milk. Simply cut milk products completely for a few days and you should notice a marked improvement.
Other causes:
Low carb diet
Leaking crown(s);
Sinus infection or inflamed sinuses from allergy or other.
Periodontal disease (not gingivitis). Do you have lots of buildup on the inside of your lower front teeth? If so it is probably everywhere else too. See your dentist or "a" dentist as you probably wouldn't have one in this case.
Obstructed bowel; You would undoubtedly know this by now.
Metabolic disorder of some kind. Rule out other stuff first.
Systemic Cancer; Probably too late. But it's a possibility. Try the milk first.

You may have gingivtis, a regular dentist or hygenist won't tell you really how to clean your teeth. Use a sonicare tooth brush, and when it stops, start it again...two cycles. Go to a specialist for gum disease. It's important that you address this as soon as possible.

I have heard eating fruit helps, sometimes you don't eat fruit as regularly as you should, and it can be the silly reason why you have bad breath. Not sure how it works, but something about enzymes in your mouth or the fruit that later assist you in the whole bad breath area if and when necessary. Not to be mistaken as a mint. -- bad breathe could just mean that you lack fruit in your diet.

You need to look into what is causing it. Oral infections, gum disease and digestive trouble can cause bad breath. Chewing gum, mouthwash and chlorophyll candies will mask the odor, but you deserve to know what the root cause is. Talk to your dentist or doctor for help with this.

Try chlorophyll pills. You can buy them at any health food store and some drug stores. This aids in controlling the bad breath that is caused by the digestive process.
