When she talks about stuff, ask a few questions to show that you've been listening to what she's been saying. Most women just want to feel like they've been heard, it's not even a question of what most men try to do, which is to solve the problem.
As some female comic said, We're not supposed to burp or fart, it's not really feminine to sweat, s**t, if we couldn't b***h, we'd explode!!!
Also, if she mentions something she would like to get, or admires something in a shop, sneak back and get it for her. That's a double-good, cause she gets what she wants, AND she knows you've been paying attention!

Talk with her every day. Ask her what's she doing. Ask her if she needs any help from you or how you can help. Be interested, show an interest, sound interested.

well, for a start try to ask about her day when you're alone at night after you got back from work, listen carefully, laugh at her jokes even though they aren't so funny :) and look her in the eyes when she talk instead of doing something else.. she needs to know that you CARE about what she said instead of just KNOWING them.. look her in the eye when she talks to you. Repeat key parts of what she says, such as-
Her- This woman at work is just driving me crazy!
You- She drives you crazy? How?
Eye contact to a woman means you are listening and listening means you are interested.

Communication is the key. Talk to her, ask questions. Find out what makes her happy, what are her goals, pet peeves, etc. Do something nice for her. Buy her flowers, take her out.
