There's the Dorchester and Dorset Show around the beginning of September each year where a local company sells it's own chili ice cream. Dorset also professes to grow the hottest chilis in the world. But I don't know of a separate chili festival. Try Googling the Dorset Tourist Board. If anyone knows they will.

What state is Dorset in? Most city/town governments have websites with information on happenings around town. Try yahoo or google search for that towns site.
