Hi everyone , I have seen hgtv.com and I just cant get where too start from alot of rooms look nice but I need some help on what to do first. we just bought a new apartment and want to decorate and furnish it from scratch but I dont know what to do????and where to satrt some how to sites would help....THANX!!!

Try AmericanWallpaper.com They have other things like carpets, curtain, and ideas. Not quite what you are asking about but the company is reputable and cheap. Decorators use this site.

Hi! First you need to go to www.bhg.com they have good tips as well as look inside magazines for color schemes. Also going to thrist stores or to antique stores. Also a fabric store to get ideas on the fabric for your curtains and pillows and etc... I make most of all my curtains as well as redo my chairs. Have you heard of Lotsoff? Or Family dollar they have nice wall decor. Also pier 1 and Ikea they have a websitewww.ikea.com

Go to HGTV.com online and go to the message boards-- they have experts and people that love to decorate that answer your questions-- I love this site.. It's truly informative and extremely helpful-- nice people
