Go to the foot doctor, It could be planter's warts which needs medical treatment.
Without seeing it, It's hard to tell.

Corns are usually a result of ill- fitting footwear. So, change your footwear as this may be one of the reason. I am surprised that even though you are suffering from such a pain you have never visited a chiropodist. Do firstly visit a chiropodist and also start using corn pads on your feet as this helps soften them and eventually remove them completely. There are some good salons , which also helps to remove the corns with a good pedicure

See a doctor; surgery is a very good option for severe problems like this. However, this may not be necessary, and a less evasive approch may work just fine for you.
