my girlfriends parents want to put a restraining on me, but i have'nt tried to harm her at all what do i do?

it think it's more to due with the fact that i'm a lesbian and they feel threatened by the fact that they're daughter made a huge discison on her own.There is a bit of a age differance, she's 17 and i'm 20, she turns 18 in four months so i don't really know why they're doing what they are.They have accused me of being a sexual perditor or what not without even knowing me.Aside from sneeking to see me at work ever so often there really hasn't been anything to justify that i am what they "claim" me to be. She and i both think they're blowing things out of the water with this whole restraining order junk, my only question is, how are they gonna do it if they have no evidence or witnesses to their claims?

Don't worry about it. If you've done nothing wrong then they can't get a restraining order. They can't get one because you're lesbian and They don't know what your intentions are. Like you said, They've no evidence.
They are just bluffing. Take no notice and try not to worry about it.

Well, The courts will listen to a 17 year old if worse comes to worse..... It's hard to say with her being 17 but you might wanna keep things down a little bit because it could cause some problems... Remember that after she is 18 they have no say in what she does.....Try to wait it all out...

haha they can't. they have to have a legitimate reason to bring a restraining order against you. If you are having sex with her... her being a minor and all... and they can prove it, then they might have grounds. Otherwise they are out of luck and just wasting their time and probably driving a wedge between their daughter and themselves. Good luck I hope everything works out.

goto www.ageofconsent.com and check to see if she is legal age for where you are, and yes it does list the age of gay sex too
