i want to be able to make my circulatiob better so i can do things such as hold my hands above my head longer with out getting tired. also can you firce your body to make more red blood cells to mimic being at high altitudes?

start exercising, aerobics are really good for ya, a nice jog early in the morning.... start light and increase gradually time and reps.

Try drinking 6-8 glasses of clean water each day.

Also drink a shot of carrot juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon, and a dash of cayenne three times a day. Add more cayenne as you build a tolerance for it.
Switch from clogging table salt to mineralized unrefined sea salt. Avoid dairy for two weeks and see if it helps. Then avoid gluten(wheat based foods) for two weeks and see if it helps.
