Yes, I've done it under hypnosis. It was my first time getting hypnotized, so I didn't know what to expect. It was a really intense experience. I was able to "see" where I was in my past life although I was also still "myself" enough to be thinking "OMG This is really happening!"

No, I was not anyone famous. Quite the opposite, although I had enough details that I had a pretty good idea of who this person was, what his (yes, it was also a "he") life was like, how his family treated him, etc. It was a period and place in history that I have very little knowledge of, and not one that I would have chosen for myself.

The freakiest part was that "he" had some kind of condition that he ultimately died of, like cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy which I don't have in this life. As "his" life progressed, I felt my muscles totally twist and twitch severely. My facial muscles were especially curling up in a way I can't conciously make them do in real life. That was probably the most frightening part of it, I was really scared by what was happening and of course worried whether it would be permanent.

Thankfully it wasn't, and it also made experiencing his death anticlimatic.

From that experience I found similarities to a lot of personal issues that I'm working on in THIS life. It helped me understand better why I'm drawn to certain things, and why other things are particularly difficult for me. If you believe in karma,as I do, this helps me identify what I should work on resolving--which is strangely comforting. Its worth trying at least once.

Well, I was playing the last level of Super Monkey Ball, when all of a sudden I was reminded of my past life as a platypus. Do you know what that did to me? I broke down in tears. I also rolled off the edge in Super Monkey Ball. It's tragic, I tell you.
