Traveling with kids in Toronto: What to see??

Question

Anyone have any suggestion for things to see and do with three boys 9, 7 and 5 while in Toronto for a couple of days??

there's so much to do

top of this Canada's Wonderland, an amusement park
Ontario Place another Amusement park
Toronto Zoo, it's large and takes about 6 hours to walk around, it's a first class facility
Ontario Science Centre, this is a lot of for everyone, as there is plenty to do and learn here
Royal Ontario Museum, however it is currently under renovation so they're missing the Dinosaur display
CN Tower, again it's a very interesting place with plenty to do
Black Creek Pioneer Village, where they have a village and people dress up in pioneer garb and your kids can learn about that time period
Depending on when you come there's the Exhibition grounds, there's also a Medieval Times for a fun night out.

There's also smaller stuff like Go-karts, the Playdium etc.

The Island is pretty. Just taking the ferry across is neat ... the view of the city is unique. There's a small theme park on the island with rides for young kids (under 10), and just cycling around is good.

The ferry dock is where Bay Street meets the lake. You can walk there from Union Station, or take the rapid transit line (underground streetcar) from Union Station.

If you are in the east end or have a car, the Zoo in Toronto is great.
