are hotel and restaurant related jobs in demand in toronto canada?

Hotel jobs are there but not as much as before 9-11. Restaurant jobs, as long as you're willing to do the menial jobs (ie. dish pit, busser, etc), are there but management positions in either are difficult to come by and very competitive. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration and I stopped working in restaurants and hotels back in 2002. Now, I run my own consulting business and I won't work in restaurants any more.
