What you may think is dandruff may actually be a silicone biuld up from the product you are currently using on your hair. Many products such as pantene, head and shoulder, frutus and similar types can often cause build up on your scalp.
I would suggest you use a good quality salon product on your hair there are may out there. A good cleansing Shampoo is Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two or Kerastase Specifque Clarifying Shampoo.
If you think it is actually dandruff try Kerastase Bain Gommage shampoo, which is a actually dandruff shampoo.

Look what you have to do is take your time in the shower shampoo your hair thoroughly working from the roots down then when you condition work the conditioner into your scalp the reason dandruff forms is because the scalp is not well hydrated. Well anyways work the conditioner into your scalp for about 3-4 minutes then rinse it out with cold water, this will make your scalp retain all the natural oils our body excretes hot water tends to make dandruff due to the fact that it dehydrates our scalp. Well enough of that just use your regular conditioner but really work it in to your scalp some of those shampoo/conditioners out there don't meet up to their promise trust me. When you go out to the sun try to use a little bit a sunscreen on your scalp you just need a little bit work it in to your scalp. Hope this makes sense and that i helps you with your problem.

Switch to a shampoo that does not contain "Sodium Laureth Sulphate". Massage Olive, or Avocado oil into your scalp, leave in for a while, shampoo with just warm water, and a baby shampoo. Some baby shampoos are free of S.L.S. It is in everything including toothpaste. Great way to loosen your teeth. Too much waxy garbage in shampoos.Blocks the pores, and your hair follicle cannot function properly. Try not to pull on your hair, while it is in a fragile state. Use a natural bristle brush to re-distribute your own natural oils. Rosemary oil is a nice oil for the hair and scalp. If you don't mind the scent. Use a small amount.

I am assuming by fall of hair, you mean your hair is falling out. Many times, dandruff is mistaken by dry scalp. Using a dandruff shampoo can further dry out the scalp causing hair to fall out by overdrying! Head and SHoulders makes a shampoo for dry scalp. First, use a shampoo for moisturizing hair, rub it into your scalp, along with a moisturizing conditioner. Use for one month. Then switch to Head and Shoulders for dry scalp. After using the moisturizing shampoo, it will replenish moisture to your scalp, then regulate it with the H&S dry scalp! Flakes don't always mean dandruff! Hope this helps

You need to exfolitate the root of your hair. Use Nioxin. I had the same prob and it worked. See a dermotologist first though so he can make sure it's not something more serious.
