under certain emergency circumstances when the owner of the booger is incapable of picking out his/her own booger and that this condition is threathening his/her life.
otherwise, it is pretty much impolite.

Going up, I heard people say, "You can put your finger in your nose, but you can't put your finger in someone else's nose," so no, it's not okay to pick the booger out of someone else's nose.

That's gross...I only did with my child, cleaning out her nose. Oh, but once, I thought I was being nice by flicking a piece of lint off my sister's face and it stuck to my finger! It was in fact a booger..........ewwwwwwww!!!

No this is not ok, wth is incorrect with you, all that crap on your nostril is undesirable stuff and should not proceed to be there for any long quantity of time, %. it,use tissue yet do not rolls the damn issues, merely get rid of it, oh and that i'm hoping that canines comes back to hang-out you once you die you merciless ****.

hmmm...it depends on the size of the booger..whos nose it is and if you can fit your finger up there.ha.and remember..dont efer pick a strangers nose..you dont know where its been!.lol

only if its your child and it blocking their breathing.you can pick your friends you can pick your buggers but you cant pick your friends buggers.P S I've seen the biggest bugger. my daughter shoved a piece of tissue up there so far that I didn't know it was there until it started stinking..when they pulled it out it was a long tube shaped 1 and a half inch compacted infected mother of all buggers

Only if they're physically unable to do it themselves- babies, paralysis victims, etc. Otherwise, it's like the old saying goes, "You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose."
