okay, so last school year i was friends with this guy. he was cool enough, and he would call me up now and then to say hi. so like last week my friend and i were talking and we found out that he has been lying and cheating and generally PLAYING. i called him and told him he had pissed me off and to never call me again. was that a bit hasty? i never heard his side to the story, but my friend had all the proof...

yes, he played me and my friend. he was trying to get us to not be friends so he could have both for his girlfriend(s)...we think.

He would just lie about it anyway, and make plenty of excuses. Just give it some time, and then listen to him.

Maybe a bit hasty. If your friend is trustworthy, and not into gossip, then it's not hasty. But maybe you should call the guy and tell him what you heard and ask if he really did that. And if the guy was truely your friend to begin with, you will forgive him for what he did and still be his friend.

Cool down get his side of the story check it out you may have gotten a or missed some of the story. Talk to him see if the relationship can be repaired or a friendship saved get the facts. GOOD LUCK!!!!

well, in some situations, it's okay to get mad, if you know 100% for sure that it's true. but you should have still heard his side of the story.

Well you probably should have heard his side first. Did he play you or were you just friends?
