its natural to lose between 1-2lbs a week so add that up. dont do any crazy diets.. think of exercise and healthy eating as a lifestyle change. start small - 30 min workout 5 min a day, and u do have time if u are gonna commit to it - believe me, youll see a change right away. and when u are shopping dont buy a lot of junk food, but dotn deprive yourself of anything. you will crave it even more and binge - eat what u want, but eat the bad things in small portions. it is possible, but it does take time so dont think of it in 2 months and 4-5 inches.. think of it as living a healthy lifestyle and you will lose the pounds in a healthy way and keep them off.

Its a mix of a million things but it works.
- The general motors diet twice a month . You can get it off the net.
For the other 6 weeks
_one glass of hot water with the juice of one lemon (not lime) a pinch of sugar and a tablespoon of honey as soon as you brush your teeth. nothing else for one hour.
An apple , banana and acitrus fruit of your choice till noon. No fruits after that.
you regular meal till 7 pm but nothing after that except water till you do the hot water thing the next morning.
a 1 hr rapid walk post 8 pm or 2 half hour sessions morning and evening 6 times a week.
Sundays or any one day a week is for a total break but no more than 2 drinks in the week and that includes beer.
a glass of milk ( soy if you are lactose intolerant) every day and two slices of cheese.
sounds like a lot but is really simple and in therr weeks when you see the results you will want to stick to it for the rest of your life.

yes have you seen the show called the biggest loser? I is were some of them loose up to 8 kg a week.
They do intensive exersice programs and strict diets
But I belive that it is not the best or healthiest way. The body likes to respond to changes slowly and gradually. Also this is the best way to keep it off. I have lost 10kg over about 4 months just by changing my diet and starting to exercise a few times a week
but there is always liposuction if you really need a quick fix.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

Yes but exercise and low fat diet is the key.
Start eating half of what you usually eat and that will help your stomache to shrink .
Rebounding is good . If you cant do that water aerobics is non-invasive.
