i want to get a cake made which is like a doll with icing that makes the outfit of a nurse or any other doctor/nurse themed cake will do. i need a picture!!

The Wilton site below is to the kind of pan if you are wanting to make a cake with a doll in it. The doll is called a doll pick and you can get them through Wilton too. I know the cake pan is really more a dress you can cut it down to the shape you want.
Or you can bake a sheet cake and cut the cake to make the shape of a giant needle and use icing to make the details. Or cut the sheet cake into the shape of a scrub shirt or an old time nurses hat.
