Casual sex is great if all you want is a quick bit of nookie, but it is not risk free from infection even with condoms, and can't be that good for your self esteem. If you are married, I would imagine that there is some problem somewhere in your marriage if you still want one night stands, and I suggest you try and establish what the problem is and resolve it, before you destroy a marriage and three people's lives. From a personal perspective, I hate the idea, I just don't see the point. I would rather be having sex with somebody I actually care about

Casual sex if fun, as long as it is safe and both parties involved sees it as casual and nothing more... this applies to singles only. Married, well thats a different storie all together..
