Stress is the weight of the problems you undergo.
There is no stress if you learn to hand over the problems into the hands of one whom you trust. If, there is anyone.
There is wisdom in living without stress amidst all problems.

Yes, my wife is in the hospital at this moment suffering from tumors to her spine and brain. She has already gone through ovarian cancer operation in 2003 and a brain tumor operation in May 2005. She was free of cancer in March 2006, but somehow the cancer has returned. Her memory is terrible and is difficult to deal with. The hospital is ready to dismiss her this week because there is nothing else they can do. She will need 24/7 care because she can't remember she can not walk and when she does, she falls. I work and my daughters also work. Insurance will have to be convinced that a permanent caretaker will be required. The meeting is tomorrow. Yes, my stress is at its' peak right now.

Yes. I work on a reserve where people are shot at and murdered every second day. I go into people's homes to work with them even if I have never met them before. And my cell phone doesn't work very well out there. And since I am a Social Worker the people I go to see hate me before they even meet me.
Nice hey?

Funny you ask! Yes, I feel like I'm one of the most stressed persons I know. I'm in my early forties and have health issues, including a heart problem. I work for a company that was privately owned when I was hired, has turned into a publicly owned company (they told us this was a "good thing") and now they are looking to outsource everything they can! My husband is a cancer patient. His twenty-something son is a mooch--living in our basement, contributing nothing, sucking up all he can. My twenty one year old son works in law enforcement and carries a gun--I am terrified of guns! My sixteen year old son wrecked his car after only three weeks! My medical bills drove me to bankruptcy and now my credit rating sucks! I'm scared to answer the phone - so I don't anymore. Gee, I'm depressing myself...

Yes I did. God knows I don't want that ever again. I had to leave friends and family to finally be free again. Without directions on the secrets of life it could happen. I had to learn it all the hard way but I know more now than many. I just cant do what they do in life.

Dr Wayne Dyer says that there is no such thing as stress, only stressful thoughts. Some get stressed out hearing that. For more about me personally, what top psychologists say and more about you, see this site.

I used to be stressed about five years back. Now I don't. I have trained myself for not getting stressed.
