Interesting isn't it? They also won't kill anyone that is sick. They send them to the medical ward and treat them. Nice way to spend our tax money isn't it?

I would have to guess that they just use the standard, disposable, one-time use needles. I would imagine that keeping a used needle around is more of a danger to other people that may accidentally come in contact with it, versus the person being injected. Great question!

dumb , but yes. and a court is hearing a case about the pain of the injection being cruel and unsual punishment...I say hammer a big injection of potassium straight into the jackels heart and watch him writhe..give some concern for the victims, not the scum that is on death row.
