Figure out why you're still a virgin, because the truth is that anyone can have sex. It doesn't matter what you look like, although it could make it harder or easier depending on your looks. Are you simply not trying to find the right woman for you? Or is there something holding you back? Because, really, if you're 35 and still a virgin it really seems like you might be stopping the chances of ever having sex before they can start.

So if you want to have sex, say to yourself that you will have sex that night, and go find someone.

Or you could just wait until it happens, but you're not getting any younger.

I think a spiritual relationship is more important, until you find a person you feel you could live with for the rest of your life. Then your virginity is a precious gift, but secondary to a compatible relationship, hopeful with a virgin also. Maybe joining a singles club or a Church or other group, or volunteering may help you find a like-minded person. Maybe write a description of your ideal and your acceptable future 'mate' and it may help you know what you may be looking for. That is more important than virginity as such. (Weight control might be good too as I suspect you're on the heavy side, so a walking or swimming club.)

Have you tried services such as www.eharmony.com I heard that people have met their spouses there and it has a good reputation. There are many women out there too who are still waiting until marriage like the Bible says. If you search for them actively, you might find one that way, another way is to attend clubs that have meetings for single people.

You can find a decent woman anyplace; in the bowling alley or anyplace if you are actively looking. Maybe you might try attending religious meetings, and you might meet the right woman at a religious convention.

I know that many Jehovah's Witnesses have found the right one while attending a large religious convention, and I imagine that it would be the same in most religious conventions and assemblies or even at the regular meetings. At least you would know that they are probably God worshipping women.

5'8" tall and 240 lbs means you have a BMI of 36.5 so you are OBESE to start with no woman wants a fat man sweating all over her....go on a diet, get in shape.

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Second thing is you might want to consider moving out of your parent's house.....big turn off for any potential date let alone woman you'd like to have a relationship with

Third thing, you should take a good long hard look at yourself and see what needs to be changed, do you smoke? drink too much? hang around at bars with 15 yr olds? work at McDonalds? have no friends/no personality? Change the things you can....go back to school (take night school courses), do things that put you in the company of people your age...volunteer in the community it's a great way to meet people, join the local YMCA or gym and get some of those pounds off, take some cooking classes, get your own apartment, look at yourself and your situation and think if, would I date a woman in my position? If you wouldn't, they won't either

Don't beat yourself up. There is a good reason for this. You have not found the right gal yet. I have recently had one of my close freinds get married; and he was well after 40 before he did. Don't give up, hope man. It's much better to find the right gal to live with forever, than to marry impulsively, and pay child support and alimony the rest of your life.
