This is not a question your boyfriend needs to ask your parents. That's just way too personal. How old are you? If you're at least 16 and preferably older, I'd recommend talking to them yourself, if they are open-minded about sex. If they strongly disapprove of you having sex, think about it you have the courage to do it behind their back. If so, please be extra careful and always use protection.

I hope you don't mean that you want your boyfriend to ask your parents to have sex with you, unless you mean he is going to ask them for your hand in marriage. This is very strange, and if you do mean sex then I really don't blame the guy. That would be mortifying and more than a little unorthodox.
