All water has minerals in it because it comes from the ground and has been in contact with rocks which contain minerals. Whether it comes from a river or a spring there will always be minerals. Even tap water has minerals. But the minerals are things that the water has picked up along its travel from underground springs to creeks to rivers to to lakes and the ocean. The only way to get all the minerals your body need is from eating. You wouldn't be able to drink all the water needed for a daily amount of minerals.
I'm looking at a bottle of Fiji water right now and it lists Silica, Calcium, Magnesium, Bicarbonates and Total Dissolved Solids and its Ph Balance. They sound completely normal. Check out the sites below and they will tell you the importance of these minerals in water.
