Dont Do Anything--Accept His Opinion And Value It Because It May In Fact Do You Good One Day.God And The Whole Belief In Him Has Become A Fad That Too Many People Have Been Vulnerable Enough To Follow.Too Many People Are Quick To Execute A Person Who They Think Is A Non-Believer, When In Actuality,The "Non-Believers" Have Done More Research Than The People Who Proclaim To Rely So Heavily On This One,Frozen " Uncertain Symbol Of Hope In Time Of Need"( Is What Im Calling Him, God That Is). Im Agnostic Until I Find A Religion Worthy For Me To Take After.

Suppose you are on a road and you cannot ever turn around and never return from whence you came. You come to a fork in that road and you must go forward and thus you must choose one of the roads. Suppose you see other people and you ask them which road you should take. Now suppose that you get different advice, but a "few" people tell you You are on the road of life. You must make choices every day of your life.
that they have "heard" from others that the left fork holds dangers and that there is a very high priced toll booth, but "nobody" knows anything about the right fork, and they are taking that one.
These are just rumors, right?
Who would you believe? Which road will you take?
Will you take the road that is rumored to be dangerous? Or the road, about which, no one knows or ever heard?

I have learned that trying to shove my beliefs down others throats only pushes them farther away from the truth. These people often feel like they are being judged when you try to teach them about God. Patience is the way. wait until a conversation is started and find a story from the bible that relates. but believe it or not I have found that using scientific facts like those on the Discovery Channel and history Channel that back up the bible do help. Especially in philosophical discussions. Good luck

You must respect your uncle and you can hear/listen his reason why he does not believe in God.You can discuss politely with your uncle about your religion but keep in your mind that you are not allowed to force him to follow your religion. You must love him and do not hate him.Try to give him some books about your religion if your uncle has a reading hobby and he wants to know what and how your religion to regulate
your life in this un eternal life.Talk to him that this earth has a creator and regulator if not will cause an unorderly. Please give him some simple examples of God's creation and acts of God to convince him that the God exist. If your effort did not attract him,let
to take his own way of life. and be an unbeliever

Do not use fear tactics to force him into a belief system. Just live your life as Jesus asks us to. If you follow Jesus as an example, it will show people around you that Christianity is not an Evil, crazy religion but one of sanity and love. Being a good example will prompt questions from non-believers as to why you do it, and how it makes you feel etc. They might even give your beliefs a try out of curiosity. This is how I became a theist. Never force anyone to convert, and never make others feel as though their beliefs are wrong.

Go to http://www.crosswalk.com/faith/1278623.html Read about how actor Kirk Cameron, a former atheist, came to believe and how he helps people like you share the gospel and CONVINCE people that they need a saviour. He has written a book about such, has done a television series "The Way of the Master" with evangelist Ray Comfort and has a daily ministry.

'He is passionate about showing Christians how to share the Gospel, using the Ten Commandments." Crosswalk.com

First, remember that your job is not to convert him. You do not have the power to convert your uncle. Your job is to share the gospel with him and leave the results to God.

Having said that... Pray for your uncle's salvation. And ask as many Christians as you know to pray for his salvation. Pray that the Holy Spirit would touch his heart.

You could also mention to him that there is scientific and intellectual evidence for the existence of God (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/godsci/evidence.htm ).

I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ.

For a draft-version of my journey from atheism to Christ, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html

Sometimes, family are the last people our unsaved loved ones want to hear The Truth from. I'll never understand that myself. You'd think that our loved ones would want family support.
Pray for you uncle. Continue to be the loving family member that you are, but don't push your beliefs on him. Pray for God to send people that will minister to your uncle and your other unsaved loved ones. Meanwhile, live your life according to God's will. Let people see Jesus living in your heart. Share your blessings with others (what great things God has done for you).
~Best wishes for you and your family~ I also will be praying for you and yours =)

Share the word of God with Him. But do not force it on Him. We are to lead and not force or push. Jesus wants people to freely choose Him, and not be forced to accept HIm.

Occasionally you can work it into your conversation with Him without looking as if you are forcing it on Him. You can praise the Lord around your uncle. We can pray for your uncle as well. Do not feel that it is your responsibility to save your uncle. You are just to plant the seed of Christ in his mind, and the holy Spirit will convict His heart, and then lead Him to Jesus. Our job is to lead, and the holy spirit does the rest.

Be a good example to your uncle as to what it means to be a Christain.Invite your uncle to church with you.

I will keep you and your uncle lifted up in prayer.
God bless you always

Enough! Let the poor man be. Just because he does not believe the same thing as you does NOT give you the right to cram it down his throat! A person's salvation and the path they take to find it is a PERSONAL journey. I hope he has enough of a mind of his own to make his own choices and does not need someone telling him what to think!
