Well, I will say this. A child getting harm is always kind of hurting to see. When we are experienceing things in life it always seems unbarable and ugly. But when we conquer our problems and fears we always learn something from it. And sometimes is makes us stronger and wiser in life. And thats why God allow things to happen. Some of our trials are there so we can help others when they are going through the same thing. How can you help a child that has been molested if you haven't been through it. Sometimes we have to experience pain to help another with pain. Somethings can't be solved from the sideline. God lets us go through these things to let us understand our purpose also. Like me. I have a passion for helping youth. Why? Because I went through alot of bad stuff when I was young and now that I know how they feel and I've learned how to cope with things and how to solve some of the problems I can help them. And if I hadnt been through the things that I went through when I was young then I wouldn't know how to help them. I don't want to take back nothing that I went through. It made me who I am today.

Many testimonies of people that we find most interesting and thought provoking come from people that were harmed as children.
From experience, I can tell you that I love GOD with all my heart, and my background of harm has taught me to forgive without the apology of the one or ones that harmed me.
I can say that without my own background, I might never have known that I needed a true and loving father.
There is so much about me now that has come about from the me that was harmed as a child. GOD can and does heal, the only ones left harming are still on earth.
The only thing that the devil cannot stand is using the things he causes and tempts with to be used for the glory of GOD, and this is what I will do with the harm, proclaim my love for GOD and thank him for his healing touch, and yes, I have felt it once in a very physical way.
I wish I could feel it again, but then again, I do not ever want to hurt that way again, so I will be content to rejoice in the memory of that healing touch.

Ya know I have had a problem with that myself through out my life. When you think about it though, really... GOD gave us ALL free will do decide which paths we take for our selves. Little ones and others get hurt for no other reason then SOMEONE else made a choice to do something wrong to them. The victim has no choice in it most of the time, however the one that does the hurting... That is the one making a choice to go down a wrong path and to do a wrong thing. God does step in sometimes, but most of the time he does not.... what would be the point of him giving us free will if he was to just take it away?.... I do agree with you though, it does say in the bible that God protects his children until the age of understanding.... which it seems he is speaking of a different kind of protecting... To many children get hurt each and every day!

God is not to blame for children being harmed. Satan, who thinks he can rule the earth better is being allowed, for a short time, to rule over the earth so that he proves once and for all that he is not fit to rule.
God is LOVE and does not cause hurt. Everything HE does is good and everything His Son does is good, and imagine how much hurting God felt to watch his beloved Son be tortured to death.
So, God does NOT allow badness. He is allowing Satan to do the badness for a short time and then Death to Satan, and people to live forever in happiness on the earth and some to heaven (of which most of them, the 144,000 Rev. 14:1 and Rev. 7:4-9) have already died.
God loves us. It might seem like He doesn't, but he does. Satan will be put out of commission shortly by Jesus (Michael the Archangel) and his army of angels will eventually bring Satan to ruin and then people will know and understand how much God loves us as Psalms 37:9-11 comes to pass and Proverbs 2:21, 22 plus Never will a resident say I am sick.
So, it seems like God is doing bad things, but He is not. He loves us so much that he allowed His Son to die on a torture stake for us. John 3:16

I was harmed as a child and ended up turning to God and Jesus saved me
Life here is short and what happens in our life here determines our eternity. I would not change anything that happened to me when I was a child for exchange of being lost and without Christ. God allowed it so i can find Him

God has his reasons you just dont know or understand them. Everything that happens is part of Gods plan and when something bad happens you just have to remember to trust the fact that God has a reason for it.

Hello,
God does allow things to happen that does not seem to make much sense to us. Our understanding of God is extremely incomplete. We will understand when we are made like Christ in our resurrected bodies.
I do know that God's ultimate goal is the salvation of man and if the suffering of one individual will bring about the salvation of one person then He will allow it.

Well, i not trying to play God here, neither would i try to be smart. i feel that sometimes it is our disobedience that lead us to be put in harmful situations. Remember , the enemy of our soul is Satan himself .He came to steal , kill and destroy. i am very sorry if someone is harm in your life, especially if its just a kid. If you are walking in obedience to God, God will turn the situation for our good by his infinite wisdom. The verse from the Bible " All things work for the good of those who love Him".Hope all is well for you pal!God Bless.

We have free will to choose between good and evil. Some people choose to be evil and hurt others including children. In our world today it seems that evil is taking over.
