I think they should if they continue to keep their ways of becoming evil to others.

I would have to ask why they should be allowed to have any other punishment other than being treated to the same as the victim... If he raped a person then I believe he should be placed in a cell and raped on a daily basis until his sentence is up. If he kills someone then he should also be killed in the same (If not slower) way that his victim was killed. I also believe that a victim should be allowed compensation from a criminal for any destruction of property that occurred during a crime. You steal a car you have to buy the equivalent same car for the victim before you are released or paroled. LETS HEAR IT FOR VICTIMS RIGHTS!!!

They should all be executed-My main reason is because the criminals usually end up in the prison system near the victim and the victim and their family are paying taxes-so the victim is being victimized again by the penal system - being made to support the criminal that hurt them originally. I would be more than willing to personally execute anyone who would hurt someone I cared about. I would rather live with that person's blood on my hands then have my loved one ever have to worry about the criminal back on the street someday.

I believe murders should for sure they kill some one get them off the streets but i dont like the death penalty so id say lock them up and not in a "CAMP CUPCAKE" Rapists shouldnt get life but they should have a fiar amount of time for there crime.

Murderers should be killed. Rapists should be castrated then given life in prison.

I like George Carlins answer. He says we relocate all the people in colorado or nevada or something, move in all the violent criminals, give them all the guns and ammo they want, fence them in, and put it on tv! Seriously though, rapists should die. Child molesters should just be taken out back behind the court house and shot there on the spot. We dont need them in society.

They should all be executed. I strongly believe in capital punishment and think we should bring back corporal punishment. When a dog messes the carpet, how do you discipline it? You snick its nose in the mess and whap its butt with a newspaper. If your dogs mauls a toddler, you have it put down.

I agree wtih Netjr. Not all of them should, but there are definitely some who should get life imprisonment, and some who don't even deserve that, who should just die.

I am never that confident in any legal system to condone the death penalty.
