you knpw when you eat a chicken thigh, and their is this liver, or kidney part shaped like a peanut on the back bone???

that's the best bit, my other half hates the "slimy" bits, he likes just the breast meat so I get all the nice juicy bits like that bit, we call it the oyster as well, I noticed another user above me mentioned that.

chitlins is what we call em here in louisiana and we put them in gravy and put it on our mashed potatos its really good
