Depends on what kind of hair you already have.

I have unruly hair, and it takes forever to straighten, but try this:

Wash/condition - rinse well
add some sort of styling aid - such as gel or straightener
Blow dry and brush it out as you blow dry
Heat up a flat iron and run it through your hair - dampen a little - sometimes the steam makes it work a little better.

Not sure how the dude got his hair that way but I was a little spooked by his eyes -- yeesh!

I don't see anything wrong with the way you look at all. I love the hair cut and the color. I think that you are very pretty and you look age appropriate. Lovely eyes, beautiful smile. Just keep smiling!

YOu don't want your hair look like Alexi's, believe me. I saw them live a couple of times and as soon as his hair gets a bit sweaty and damp, it hangs down in a dead string, completely without volume and he looks almost bald.
If you have slightly curly hair, thank all the gods of your chosen mythology. I bet alexi would kill for your hair.

no gel and no chemical straighteners , get a CERAMIC flat iron and IRON AWAY to that str8 do!

You can use TRESEMME HEAT DEFENSE spray (smooth) before straightening and TRESEMME SMOOTHING SERUM (very small pea sized amount) to smooth down any wispy fly away ends and add shine when u are done!

*** PLEASE, don't use the STEAM method mentioned above. STEAMING ur hair that way, actually COOKS your hair. NOT GOOD!!! ***

Wash your hair with HERBAL ESSENCE shampoo and conditioner , the rose one, let it air dry in a ponytail, and then straighten it out with a flat iron

It depends on what your hair looks like now.

If it is curly, you can either use a chemical straightener (it damages your hair) or you can use a straightening iron (less damaging, but not permanent).
