In other word, what does it mean that God predistined us or foreknew? Do my decisions in life, my way of doing things change what God has already decided will happen concerning my life? I s there something I can do to change what God has decided? Or can God change what he has decided based on my actions?

Is foreknowledge, the same as all-knowledge, do they mean the same thing?

Remember God lives outside of space and time. Keeping this in mind, God knows before we are born who and who will not accept Christ, therefore "predestination". God has given us free will. We still can make our own choice. God is all-knowing thus he already knows all the choices we will make. They are still our choices to make though. Therefore God cannot change what he has decided based on your actions because he already knew your actions. :)

I'm young, and I know I don't understand everything about my Father, but I believe I can answer this question adequately. When it says God foreknew or predestined us you have to look at it this way, this same God we're talking about is the same one who created you.The Bible says every person was "fearfully and wonderfully made" there were no mistakes made and we were created and designed for just a time as this. God has a perfect will for each and every one of us, but because we have our own free will we can choose not to walk in this. So even though He desires us to walk in this perfect will, knowing our personalities He also knows that we can easily get stubborn and go opposite what He desires for us. At any time we can align ourselves with His perfect will and at any time we can jump off. In His mercy, He sent His son to take the blame for us during those times He knew we wouldn't want to follow Him. He patiently tries to correct our errors because all He wants to do is bless us. I hope this has helped a bit, it's a learning process for us all and I may have erred somewhere but in general this is the idea of predestination from the standpoint of God

Although God is all-knowing, he has not predestined what man will do because he gave us free will to fail or succeed. He may know what we will do but that does not take away the fact that we are the ones making the decisions in our lives.

That is such a group of thought provoking questions! I've often wondered myself if God knew how we were going to be, and He is a God of love, then why did a create a situation that would cause suffering? For example, if someone is crippled through no fault of their own, and God knew this was going to happen, yet He loves that person, why would He want them to suffer?

I don't believe in predestination, but in being omniscient he can know all possible choices a person will make. Doesn't mean your future is set, just that God can see multiple (or infinite) futures at once.

God gave us free will. Our actions are not predetermined. He knows what we will do in our lives, but He will not interfere with those decisions. You can ask Him for guidence, and ask Him what you should do with your life. It's been my experience that His way of showing you what you should do with life is to give you your talents.
