First of all, I shouldn't be getting zits anymore! I'm in my 20s not my teens....but anyways I get them every now and then and can't resist the urge to pick at them. Problem is, this leaves scarring on my face.

How do I break the habit? And how do I fade the small scars left from previous zits?

Well, you just have to get discipline about this. Picking at zits will only prolong the scarring on your face and will actually increase the likelihood of recurrance. As horrible as an active zit may look, sticking it out with medication for a few days is better than dealing with scars for weeks.

I have an inclination of figuring out on on my pimples (i nevertheless do regrettably, yet its getting more advantageous effective), you're going to ought to bathe your fingers before and when you contact your face and everywhere that has bacteria contains: chairs, taps, human beings's fingers, etc. Or fake you're zit-loose and steer away from wondering or searching in case you do. Use Head & Shoulders and once you bathe, scratch your head with the shampoo and conditioner particularly confusing that you dotn wanna scratch any more advantageous. i suggestions you to work out a well being care service and its a might want to!

just think of how great you would look without them
...and the scars
its easier to just let them heal the write way so that they dont get any worse
if youve been trying something that doesnt really work, then switch to a different brand
or you could just pretend the zits are bugs, and you wouldnt really want to pick at those would you?

1. Go see a Dermatologist

2. Try using the Proactiv® Solution, or try using a "oil-free" cleanser, toner, and moisturizer (maybe)

3. Use hydroquinone fade cream for scars.......

I recommend Proactive. Your face will feels so soft and smooth you won't want to pick at it. Mederma will help get rid of the scars.
