I dont understand your questions !! how can someone break into someones house to cook and clean ??? it is totally ridiculous !!! if you gave them a key and told them to cook and clean thats another thing. But if someone broke in literally trust me, they would not cook and clean !! if they do their job and you dont pay them thats extorsion, and you could be the one that end up in jail. Regardless if you're illegal you deserve a pay for what you do, its simple human dignity if you dont receive a pay you are a slave and slavery was abolished long time ago, even though some people still wanna have them.

A1.....sorry to break this to you BUT so many who were better at asking questions have asked this like 100 thousand times before.
To answer the question (as not to violate any guidelines) I should get paid fairly.
And to be honest.....the way this is worded.....it is kinda creepy......IT almost sounds OLD ENGLISH
"What price doth we pay for the rogues who steal our chickens and plunder our women.....these criminals.....these illegals"

I'll give you $20 to come over to my house and clean it. I can cook for myself - I'm a picky eater, but I HATE cleaning. It's a relatively small apartment - shouldn't take you long.
When should I expect you? No need for breaking and entering - just knock and I'll let you in.

I wopuldn't pay crap if you broke into my house. I'd use the Make My Day law and shoot you. You break and enter into my home...you won't be walking out.

If you pay him/her then they aren't a criminal any longer but an employee and would probable sue you for discrimination.

Nothing, there should have been a contract or agreement before hand. Trespassing is also a felony.
