Explanation: If we have legal citizens who abuse our welfare, does that make it okay for illegals to abuse it? If we have legal citrizens who are criminals does that justify illegals criminal activity? Is what U.S. Americans do any business of the illegal immigrants? Don't we have enough to take care of with our own people breaking laws that we shouldn't have to pay for THEM coming here abusing our systems and breaking our laws, too?

The point I'm getting at is that because we have people on welfare who abuse the system they'll say, "There are more Americans on welfare then illegal immigrants", does that make it OK?

DAISY!- Bingo! You "GOT" it!! I think you were one of the few who really understood this question. It is none of their(illegals) business if or how many US American citizens commit crimes, abuse welfare, drive w/o insurance, etc. American citizens is the business of the U.S., it's no business of the illegal immigrants. We are SUPPOSE to deal with them, NOT ILLEGALS committing crimes BECAUSE Americans do!! Illegals can't abuse laws b/c legal citizens do. There is NO justification there.

Here is the question I asked earlier and I got a response from Pancha relating to their justification:

I have wondered this same thing many times. The illegal immigrant supporters always say these things, "Well, there are lots of American citizens on welfare!" and " American citizens break laws, too." and "Lots of American citizens are in jail." "Sometimes American citizens steal SSNs." "Sometimes American citizens drive without licenses or insurance." What these questioners don't seem able to grasp is that, yes, we have bad American citizens, too, but the big difference is that they are AMERICAN citizens, meaning they ARE our problem and so we have to deal with them with our systems and our tax dollars. However, illegal immigrants are NOT our legal problems - they are legal residents of their own home countries and only those countries should have to deal with them and their problems. We should not have to pay for illegal immigrants' children attending our tax-paid schools, and we should not have to pay for their medical care when they go to the ERs of our hospitals. They should not even be here and every time they are discovered via arriving at ERs, applying for social services, registering their children in schools, applying for jobs, etc., they should be immediately arrested and they and their families who are also illegally in the USA should be deported immediately, no questions asked and no consideration, whatsoever.

I think it's obvious that both the U.S. American and the immigrant should be punished if they comitted a crime. Equally. The real problem lies on the fact that police focus on finding immigrants who commit crimes, and give up easily on cases about U.S. Americans, especially caucasians.
And immigrant cases are made much more public. Hint hint : America's most wanted--you don't see a lot of white people... and not because there ain't a lot of white criminals.
No, immigrants are not justified, but law enforcement should not be softer when dealing with U.S. Americans.
The truth is that most immigrant crimes are against other immigrants, while it could be argued and easily proved that a big percent of American crimes are against an 'opposing' race. I.e. Black people shoot white people and vice versa.
At least no one is wiping you out and confining you to reservations and making fun of you. You weren't welcome here either, caucasians. But at least we intend no harm and we will never take this land away from you.

When a legal citizen is caught breaking the laws they are punished!!! And so should an illegal immigrant should be punished !!! It does not justify anything for an illegal immigrant to break laws here because they should not be here anyway!!!

None of that makes much sense. The question should be more along the lines of "Why is it when a citizen of the U.S. breaks a law they are punished, but when illegals do it there is talk of giving them amnesty?

They think they are. As a matter of fact, they think that they are excluded from obeying any laws that they don't want to abide by. They can say whatever they want, illegals should not be here in the first place. If they were not here, they wouldn't have added to the already serious crime problem here and our social services wouldn't be overburdened.

No...They "justify" their crime by saying that they "just want a better life". Illegals by and large don't care at all what Americans think or do. They are here for themselves and nothing more.

Nope......the comparisons are made after "radical questions" that suggest that only "illegals" commit horrendous crimes......or only "illegals" abuse welfare.......or only "illegals" break laws.
No justification in crime.....but I am not going to villify a person for ONE wrong deed. If I did that......I wouldn't have many friends......WOW......maybe that is why so many do that here......hmmmmm.

That is still no justification. No one should be breaking the law and no one should be following the example set by anyone breaking the law.

OK, but most people that post questions start they're question by saying why do most Mexicans get welfare, why are Hispanics so stupid etc, how do these people know if the Mexican he is referring to is not legal. they over generalize.then hispanics legals and illegals defend themselves by proving points.

Another person breaking the law in no way justifies me breaking the law.
Example.
Does OJ Simpson murdering his wife make it ok for me to murder my wife.
Of course not.
