Absolutely not. The .45 Glock-Action-Pistol (gap) round is shorter and has a rebated rim. Also, it is a higher pressure round than the .45 acp, the proper round for the Glock 21. The only commonalities the two rounds share are the actual bullet diameter. Rule of thumb, especially in auto-loaders, use the right ammo. Revolvers can fire shorter ammo than their caliber designation (ex. a .357 Mag. will shoot .38 special ammo, as the special is simply shorter than the magnum round; it, however, cannot fire the .357 Sig round, as the design is different and again only shares the actual bullet diamter).
