I dont know if i should see a doctor or not. Lately during class i find myself zoning out a lot or falling asleep. I cant concentrate and never seem to listen to what is going on, or what the teacher is talking about. I do not know if its the teacher or me. At work sometimes i tend to zone out as well and cant seem to pay attention to some details. When i am doing homework i can concentrate for 30 mins max and then have to take a break. I am even getting tired writing this up here now, so my question is do you guys think i am ADD, should i see a doctor, what kind of doctor or is this normal or what sho0uld i do>?

Not necassarily ADD but the same medication ( a very low dose) could have a positive effect for your symptoms.

I would suggest seeing a doctor. Often, when I'm not focusing, I find that it is caused by lack of sleep or unhealthy choices concerning food or various beauty and sleep aid products. But there have been cases where it turns out that the person has a brain tumour; growing brain tumours can cause pressure to certain nerves of the brain causing dizziness and lack of concentration. This can sometimes lead to fatal mistakes and unwise choices. However, it may be that you just need a good, long vacation. (especially if you have been under alot of stress)
But I would still advise you to see your doctor.

I put money on Lack of sleep. Do you get more the 8 hours of sleep every night. Or do you get little sleep and try to make up for it on one night.

Second bet is bad diet.

Your schedule is something like this. To bed around 0100 in the morning, drag yourself out of bed at 0630. After hitting snooze 3 times. Eat a bowl of fruit loops. Eat again at 4:00 in the afternoon more fruit loops. Dinner at 8:00 hamburger and to bed at 0100 in the morning.

It is not normal and you need to rule out depression, ADHD, narcolepsy or possibly you are not on a sleep schedule, do not eat properly and don't exercise.

Drugs to treat this condition include Provigil for awakeness, Adderall/Ritalin for ADHD, and good energyzing antidepressants include Effexor XR, Zoloft and Wellbutrin XR. Do not try Paxil it will make these symptoms worse.

Talk to your family doctor, could be a number of things or just not enough sleep. Its best to check it out with a blood test.

it sounds like you may have something wrong with your metabolism, I would go to the Dr and get your thyroid levels checked. There are also small seizures that cause these same symptoms. Very serious, especially if you are driving! GO TO THE DOCTOR!

I would defenitely see a doctor, a family physician to get a full check up, to see what's going on. Good luck!

I have ADD, and your symptoms aren't really like those of someone with ADD.

To me, it sounds like you're possibly suffering from depression or anxiety rather than ADD.

Start with your own physician. If you need a referral, then they'll give you one.

Good luck!
