I'm personally leaning towards Costa Rica. Lots of stuff to do, and a lot of options as far as big resorts vs secluded ones.
I've also heard that Fiji is awesome. Can't think of the word for them at the moment, but those hotel room hut things that are over the water are pretty damn romantic, in my book.

There are a lot of options in St. Luica that I've heard about. We went the all inclusive route, so we didn't have secluded, but we loved the resort we stayed out. I've heard a lot of recommendations for Ti Kaye from some ladies on theknot.com

Hawaii is the place to go! palm trees and drinks inside coconut cups, a nice tropical scene, and it has a perfect love mood.

I'd go for Roma but if would like a tropical background i'd go in a cruise to the Carribean Islands.

Costa Rica is nice. It looks similar to Hawaii but is cheaper. The people are very friendly. There is horse back riding, canopy tours, surfing lessons, massages on the beach, etc.

A steamy bathroom in any hotel with your love & new husband.
Pick where you want to go, make sure it is not hurricane season. I have had a couple of friends caught in hurricanes & they say they do not restore power & water like we do in US.
