When I lived in France, we had a barbequed rabbit smothered in mustard. That was great, but then I ws told that eating the brain was a true delicacy. The host lopped the top of the to of the skull off and gave me a fork. I ate it, skull in hand...mushy and tasteless. I'm sure it was a dare of sorts, or to see how gullible I could be. Makes for a great gross-out story now though.
