I heard my friend said that after receiving the diphenhydramide injection, when i have any contact with the allergen, my allergy symptom will appear, with a worse condition, eg got blisters... is it true?

The shot is an antihistamine (Benadryl, more commonly known as diphenhydramine), and is used for quicker relief. You won't have any worsening symptoms, just like you wouldn't if you took a Benadryl tablet. As for what the first answerer said about eggs - are you confused or something???? Yeah, they use eggs in vaccines, but not in medicine. Especially not in an allergy medicine!

Your friend is a bit confused. Once you are allergic to something, you are pretty much always allergic to it - though you can build up a tolerance for that allergen. If you had a response after an exposure once, you will again. The treatment for the exposure (benadryl in this case) has nothing to do with future responses to exposure. If your response was severe enough to warrant an injection then it is highly likely that future exposures will also require an injection or possibly treatment with steroids.

It's not supose to...if you come in contact with your allergen after recieving the shot..it's supose to block the symptoms..in most people this is the case, unless of course your allergic to eggs, since there is eggs in the shot, all it will do is heighten your allergies.
